In addition to the launch, I continually monitored the performance. This involved analyzing key metrics and customer interviews, assessing redemption rates, and tracking revenue. These insights guided the decision-making process, enabling my team and I to make necessary adjustments and enhancements to the program to ensure its ongoing alignment with organizational goals and its effectiveness.
I served as a linchpin in cross-functional collaboration, overseeing the program's launch, crafting UX copy for the webpages and emails, and developing ideas for seasonal events and sweepstakes. Each content piece featured tailored messaging for different cohorts of users, and educated them around the benefits of the program while offering exciting incentives.
During my tenure as the Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Slickdeals, I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of the Cashback Rewards loyalty program. Employing a multifaceted strategy that leveraged website landing pages, email marketing, sweepstakes, seasonal savings events, and other tactics, my team and I achieved a remarkable milestone, surpassing 500,000 Cashback Rewards sign-ups within a single year.
